The breakfast was FANTASTIC! Everything from European to Oriental was delightful. Service was friendly, but staff lacked professionalism. the spa and pool facilities were better than in photos. Would consider staying again.

The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional staff, from housekeeping to bellmen, who provided impeccable service with a smile. the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and quiet, making it a pleasant place to unwind after a day of exploring Dubai. One improvement could be better communication regarding room maintenance issues to ensure a completely comfortable stay for all guests.

The room was spacious and well-kept, gym and swimming pool fantastic, and breakfast diverse. Relaxing at the spa, sauna, and swimming in the outdoor pool enhanced our experience. Nearby landmarks like Creek Park and Children's City enriched our family bonding time.

The room was spacious, the staff were super friendly and accommodating towards our little one. The location was convenient, just a quick taxi ride away from the mall and Burj Khalifa. The pool was fantastic, great for unwinding, and there's a 24-hour restaurant nearby for late-night cravings.🌟 The only hiccup was the confusion over pricing and deposit during check-in, but overall, it didn't dampen our enjoyable stay.

We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel at 7am. We took the metro from the airport and walked 5 minutes to the hotel. the room wasn't ready yet, but the rooftop pool was available for us to use. It was a refreshing way to start the day after a night flight. the room itself was spacious with modern furniture and a comfortable bed. the hotel is close to a mall with a Carrefour Hypermarket, which has a fantastic live cooking zone with amazing food options. the hotel is also conveniently located near the airport.

Overall, the hotel was good for what I needed for a short stay.

The room was quiet, clean and spacious with plenty of amenities like a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities and in-room safe. The porter was friendly and helpful with great advice on what to see and do in the city. The restaurant was good with plenty of dining options.

Dubai offers a wonderful mix of natural sites, sandy beaches, old souks, modern shopping malls, and luxurious resorts. Global Village provided us with cultural entertainment and an international shopping experience, adding a unique touch to our family trip. Additionally, the variety of 30 rides and attractions at Wild Wadi catered to the enjoyment of all family members, creating memorable experiences for us to cherish.

My wife says that better child-proofing in hotel rooms would be beneficial for families.

We hit up the Global Village for some cultural entertainment and international shopping and then headed to Wild Wadi for a day of thrill rides. The hotel was super close to the metro, making it easy to get to all the hotspots like the luxurious resorts and modern leisure attractions.

The only thing I'd ask for is more options for late-night fun for us young party-goers!
